Get the svn command line client version 1.4.x. There's a tool in there
named svnadmin.
Run
$ svnadmin verify path/to/repository
you might get some errors.
then try
$ svnadmin recover path/to/repository
if recovering doesn't help, then you should use a backup of your
repository...
