So the procedure is, when looking at any log, and wanting to show the differences for a particular revision, I have to first look at all the later revisions. If there was a rename in a later revision, I then have to go to the repo browser, switch to the revision before the rename, get another log, then I can see my changes.

Why can't the log program work that out for me?

What about merging - if I want to merge the changes from that revision into trunk (say), will it pick up the changes, or do the same as diff and say there are none?
