Hello.

Not knowing Surround SCM I can imagine that a software can sort of act
like a tutorial, providing hints, tips, etc. all over the place.

But honestly I'd rather see the TSVN folks invest their time elsewhere
and have the potential users read some intro.

Perhaps TSVN could start up with one of these "Did you know?" kind of
popups and point to *good* beginner tutorials, etc.

(Alternatively it could say "Are you a beginner? TSVN won't do you much
good if you don't know the basics, please go here and read...". It could
also ask quiz questions about SVN and refuse to work until answered
correctly. ;))
