When an update is not an update

I've experienced the following situation:
1. I'm adding and committing files from Computer A to the repository. Waiting until the commit has finished.
2. I'm then updating from Computer B. The update dialog appears and shows that it downloads data.
3. Update on Computer B finishes, but no files have been added.
4. Another call to update on Computer B says that the repository is up to date, but the file/folder is not there.

The only workaround is to delete the whole folder at the parent folder level and perform an update there. This will redownload the whole problematic folder together with the new files. A cleanup does not help.

It has happened a couple of times now and on both computers.

I'm running Windows Vista (32 and 64bit) and TortoiseSVN 1.6.1 x86 and x64.
