Can't update data

Hello,
I have Tortoise SVN on 4 computers and am having problems updating
data onto my computer. I have the current version of 1.6.1. When I
try to update I get an error message.

Server sent unexpected return value (413 Request Entity Too Large) in
response to REPORT request for '/svn/GKDataTake4/!svn/vcc/default'

What i don't understand is the data isn't large what I'm trying to
update. I've updated the entire folder which is almost 8GB and never
had an error message. What I'm currently trying to update is very
small like less than 1mb.

I don't understand. If anyone can help that would be great. I don't
understand all the apache language that is talked about in some of
these forms but I know there is a problem and I know there has to be a
way to fix it. Thanks
