Sorry about the unlocker hook - I put that in later, in the vain hope that it might detect what had the file locked.

I suspect TortoisePlink has a handle to the file because it inherited it from TortoiseProc, which opens the file twice, but only closes it once.

I will try the nightly build later, when I have a moment (it's got really busy here the last couple of days - sorry for the delay).
