RE: Re: Tortoise 1.6.1 kills file explorer

Sorry, I have not tried a nightly build yet (just reading the entire thread now, will try a nightly here shortly).

The issue is happening for more quite consistently, and killing TSVNCache.exe solves the problem.

I have a feeling it may have something to do with XP Pro's offline folder syncing, but I am not certain.

Each night I log off my machine, which forces a sync to my network drive (offline folders), and when I log in the next morning, TSVNCache.exe, while remaining low on cpu usage, causes explorer to not respond, which may be triggered when trying to map new network drives at login?

Please note, none of my SVN Managed projects are on a network drive or 'offline' folder, but I have a feeling cache is hanging up somewhere in those processes, and I could see the potential for a similar issue with VPNs, or perhaps the person with the VPN is using folder syncing?
