Hi Eric,
 Thanks for your reply.

  Yes I am pretty sure that the Include/Exclude paths are set
correctly, as is the overlay option checkboxes. Still 30-60 second
pause starting up explorer, and right clicking on subversion folders.
The only thing I can think of is TortoiseSVN has clashed with some
other software. Is there a debug build I can run so that I can send
you logs?
