I did work.
And as I wrote in another reply in the same topic, I remember some time ago an upgrade to 1.5.x broke it and you quickly fixed the issue after I post a message in your blog.
The issue seems to be connected to the way TortoiseSVN parses user's entered URL.
URLs taken and used internally (without being quieried from the user) continue to work normally. That is, only functions that have combo with URL(s) do not work.
