You should NOT be using TSVN on working copies that are also accessed
by Unix Subversion clients. The working copy format for Unix and
Windows is not necessarily compatible and mixing Windows and Unix
clients can cause problems.

The problem you reported indicates that indeed you suffer from
incompatibilities between the two clients
