Cross-branch Change Tracking

From: amir.hal <amir.hal_at_gmail.com>

Hi all,

I was wondering if there's an option to track changes between branches/
tags?

For example, let say there's a non-mandatory bug fix in branch x, and
it is then merged to the trunk and already existing branch z, but not
to branch y.

Is there a way to query "Which of the branches contain the fix"? Also,
if there's no such a way, is there an API to query the SVN log?

Thanks in advance,
Amir
