There is always a TSVN release after an SVN update. Sometimes if there
is a serious TSVN bug then we make an additional release between SVN
releases. There are some fairly bad problems in 1.6.0 but there are
also problems with SVN and as the SVN release is coming very soon we
may as well wait. The stable branch nightly is available for those who
can't wait, but it only has TSVN fixes, not SVN fixes.
