svn:externals is set to folders in my repository. Not files. I use it to refer to some external projects.
It has worked fine before when I was using tortoisesvn 1.5.9. When I clicked update, the external projects specified in the svn:externals would be checked out to my working copy.
But after I upgraded to both tortoise 1.6.0 and svn it stopped working.
