Thanks.

There are no locks as far as I can tell. I didn't explicitly lock anything, and when I do a release lock on the parent it says there are no locks to release.

Is there a way to open up a svn command line via tortoise so that I can run svn commands? I thought there used to be an option for this when I right clicked, or maybe I'm thinking of TortoiseCVS.
