Installation Error please help (I remembered to attach file this time)

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am having installation problems installing "TortoiseSVN-1.6.0.15855-win32-svn-1.6.0".

I was in the middle of installing the software and my locked up (due to another program, not Tortoise). When I tried to re-install the Tortoise I keep getting...

"An error occured during the installation of assembly component {6D321E57-3E99-3B87-BF23-2CDFF3361CB4} HRESULT: 0x8007054F"

Please find attached picture showing this.

I cannot find any reference to this in the registry, and have tried various methods to et around this with no success. I have checked you FAQ and cannot find any solution to this please could you help me out.
