Log dialog gets stuck in 1.6.0

Hi,

Since I upgraded to the latest version I can no longer view the log
for some directories in my repository. If I try either view the Show
Log command in explorer or via the repository browser the dialog
downloads the log entries (the progress bar moves to the end) and then
gets stuck. Pressing cancel causes the "User cancelled" text to appear
but I can see parts of the actual log messages flicker in the list box
if I move the cursor over it and the scrollbars indicate that there is
a lot of content found.

I've tried clearing the log cache but it makes no difference. I'm
accessing the repository using https. Showing the log using the svn
cli 1.6.0 works all the time.

On another identical computer using the same version of TSVN I can't
reproduce the error so I'm not sure how to start troubleshooting this.
Any ideas?
