They're deleted after a day whenever you start a TSVN dialog. We can't
delete them after creating, because they're used by another process (in
this case: TortoiseProc created the temp files, but TortoiseBlame is
using them, and TortoiseBlame doesn't know that those are *temp* files
to be deleted).
