Yes, but I am thinking, and I am not sure if this is the way it works
that when you do a branch from a WC TSVN flows that update through
windows which doesn't consider case differences to be different files
while svn IS case sensitive.

What if you just do the branch from in the repo-browser directly? Have
you tried just using the svn cp command to see if the same issue
occurred?
