Problem creating new Branch from WC

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a new Branch from my working copy, but I always get
the following error:

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: File
Error: '/svn/branches/Branch20090319/TESTWS/App_Code/testclass.cs'
Error: already exists

The branch folder is completely new, there are no files or directories
inside.

All works perfectly if I do the same procedure but from the HEAD revision
(instead my WC).

Does someone have any idea?

I have just updated my Toirtoise Cliente and Visual SVN server.
