Subject: Error with Tortoise

I'm trying to create a tag for our last software delivery. I've done this
many time over the last year but I'm suddenly getting an error message and
can't seem to figure out why. I checked out a fresh working copy of the
folder I'm trying to create a tag for, prior to using the repo browser and I
don't see any other errors when trying to access data from the repository.
I've looked at the .svn\entries file and don't see any issued with that
either. Below is the error I'm receiving. Can you please offer me some
insight as to what the problem may be? Thank you.
