First, if you send screenshots please send them as image files. Word
docs are horrible:
* not everyone has word installed
* the screenshots are scaled down, to see them you have to change the
zoom level and scroll
* the file gets way too big for no good reason

Now:
Set the registry key
HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN\Debug
as a DWORD value to 1 once you are in the log dialog.
Then execute the commands that don't work - if TortoiseProc is started
you should see a dialog box pop up showing the command line with which
it is started - a Ctrl-C will copy the content of that dialog box to the
clipboard. Please send that here so I can check whether TortoiseProc is
started correctly.
