Detecting unversioned files via tortoise svn?

Hi there,

We often have the problem at my work, that random .h or .cpp files are
not added to a repository and then are missed on check in. I would love
to create a add on/script or something to tortoise SVN, that would scan
a working repository, and reported all of the unversioned files that
matched one or more prefixes... Is this possible, and if so, what's the
best way to do this?

Thanks!
Robert Young
