blame doesn't work

TortoiseSVN 1.5.7, Build 15182 - 32 Bit , 2009/01/24 22:44:13
Subversion 1.5.5.
 
Right click any subversioned file -> TortoiseSVN -> Blame
All options leave as is, click OK.
I get next message:
The file 'c:\windows\tmp/tmp.tmp' changed unexpectedly during diff
TortoiseSVN 1.4.? works fine.
 
I have found revision at which blame fails. Blaming from rev. 1 to X-1
and from X+1 till HEAD works.
The only change is some extra lines were added to file without new line
at the end of file.
