TortoiseSVN and VS2008: problem

I download sources with SVN Checkout... command. Then I open .sln
solution in Visual Studio 2008. Then I trying to compile source. But I
get a message kinda
SubWCRev : 'e:\Compile\gsdx\cdvd' is not a working copy
I know that subwcrev add a number of revision into source code. But
this time this not happens. I can create svnrev.h myself, but I'm
cares why subwcrev is not works. Please help.
