Is there a restore tree structure option in TortoiseSVN?

It is common operation for me to copy small folders inside project
folders, to other places inside the same project , change them and try
to commit.
Many times I forget to delete the .svn folders when I copy the
folders, and I have a lot of trouble and work cleaning all .svn
folders.
Is there an operation in TortoiseSVN for making a cleaning up in a
working copy, by updating the working copy and at the same time,
restoring tree structure, by cleaning or updating .svn folders that
are out of tree structure?
