If you want to revert a rename/move, you have to show the log dialog for
the parent folder. Reverting such a file alone won't work because the
rename/move involves two files (the old name/path and the new one).

Empty your trash bin once in a while. Deleting files from TSVN dialogs
always uses the recycle bin, and if that is full, it takes quite a while
to delete those files.
