Commit OK button disabled, 1.5.6.14908

Hi,

Following a re-install of Vista 64 bit, and installing 1.5.6, I find myself unable to commit changes I know have write access to, in at least two repositories I have tested. I can checkout, update, etc, but when I go to Commit, the OK button is always disabled. Log Messages are not required.

Would love any advice, and I'm pretty technically complicated if any debug info is required, but new to the list, so may need some steering.
