You can filter for the TSVNCache.exe process, and filter for disk
activity (ignore registry activity, that's not important).

No, TSVN can't produce a log. It wouldn't help much in the cache process
anyway, because writing a log to disk would change the behavior of the
cache (it monitors the disk for changes, so it would also detect writing
the log).
