1.5.6.14908: (Bug) No overlay icons on Windows XP x64 Pro

Hello,

I upgraded my installation from 1.4.8.12137 to 1.5.6.14908 and the
overlay icons are not shown in 64 bits applications (explorer, file
dialog in internet explorer...).

Of course I installed both 32 and 64 bits versions. The 32 bits
version works fine, so the problem exist only with the 64 bits version

It seems that the TSVNCache.exe (64 bits) does not start. I can start
it manually but this does not fix the problem. Icons are still not
shown

- I tried too uninstall all, clean & reinstall all -> no success
- I tried to install only the 64 bits version -> no success
- I tried to install the nightly build version (1.5.99.15082) -> no
success
- If I revert back to 1.4.8, all work fine again.

I searched on this newsgroup & internet for similar problems, but no
solution works for me.

Any idea?
