If you can get your network guys to turn off (even if it's only
temporary, for testing purposes) on-access scanning, and only do scans
for exectuables, in your working copies, that might help. If it does,
then you've found your problem.

It is strange that no-one else seems to be having the problem. Are
there any differences between the way you and these others work?
Different types of projects, different location for working copies,
etc?
