BUG: TortoiseSVN-Blame: No logtext for any revision if file is moved remotely

Hello,

since Blame-Version 1.5.4 the logtext (normaly shown in a small quickinfo-window for the revision under the mousecursor) does not appear if the file is once moved or renamed remotely.

- TSVN-Blame 1.5.3 works fine on all files (even if moved remotely)
- TSVN-Blame 1.5.4, 1.5.5 and 1.5.6: The logtext is only shown on files, that are not moved or renamed.
- The problem is testet on different files
- The problem is testet on different computers

Test:
- Change any file
- Check in the file with same logtext
- Open TSVN-Blame-Window on the file and you will see the logtext for the latest revision (and all other)
- Open the Repo-browser and rename the file (eg. File001.txt -> File002.txt)
- Update your Working-Copy
- Open TSVN-Blame-Window on the file an no logtext is shown for any revision
- Make some new changes on the renamed file and check it in with any logtext
- Open TSVN-Blame-Window and even the logtext for the new changes is not shown.
