Selectively enable TortoiseSVN only for certain folders?

In Tortoise CVS, there is a preference to exclude certain files from
SVN control (or, conversely, to include only certain files which will
have SVN activities):

Is there a comparable option in Tortoise SVN? If not, would this be
something worth adding? On my system I only have SVN-controlled
content in a couple places, so this would be a nice option to have.
