Maybe you should consider a change to the build labeling then, because
"TortoiseSVN 1.5.6, Build 14908" definitely suggests it includes all
revisions <= 14908. Or else the fix should have been described
"Checked into pre-3.0 branch in r14798". Since svn items are
identified by path_at_rev, abbreviating to just rev is going to cause
lasting confusion among users. I should think the majority of
TortoiseSVN users are more than capable of understanding branch
information.
