By the time this case occurs, the vast majority of users will dismiss the
dialog box without even reading it. They will have been so thoroughly
conditioned by that dialog box constantly popping up and getting in their
way. Forcing the user to make a choice that goes one way 99% of the time is
no protection; it's an exercise in classical conditioning.
