TortoisePlink refuses to cancel on browse dialog

From: Ethan <courtarro_at_gmail.com>

When I browse an SVN repository using the "svn+ssh://user@domain/"
format, I get the TortoisePlink dialog asking me for my password. If I
hit "Cancel", the dialog immediately returns and the close button does
no better. Eventually the server complains about too many attempts,
but afterward the login dialog returns again. I have to kill the
TortoiseProc and TortoisePlink processes in order to get out of the
browser.

This occurs with the latest general release, and there's no mention of
it in the changelog.
