Checkout still appears to be broken

Hello, I'm a newcomer to svn and TortoiseSVN although I'm familiar
with their CVS cousins.

I'm experiencing a problem that's discussed in a thread on the groups
entitled "Tortoisesvn 1.5.1 Checkout" broken. The problem appears to
be that when performing a checkout from the server a file is pulled to
the windows temporary directory. Sadly though it appears there is a
space missing between the temporary directory and the URL for the
checkout source, creating an invalid windows filename!

Stefan closes the thread saying "Fixed in r13517, backported to 1.5.x
in r13518" back on July 22nd. Last night I upgraded to the latest
TortoiseSVN binary package, 1.5.5.14361 so I'm pretty sure I'm
supposed to have the fix.

Is it because I created a new tunnel protocol that uses a specific ssh
tunnel and key for this protocol? A complete description of how I did
this can be found here http://www.sharpstep.com/Articles/HostMonster-svn/#client_install.
Other operations such as browsing the repository and even adding files
to a checked out folder seem to work correctly.

I'm really sorry if this problem has already been addressed and I've
missed it.

Jon
