Any error message from TSVN you might want to share with us?

To me, this rather sounds like some broken tool has damaged the WC's metadata,
i.e. the stuff in the '.svn' dirs. This could cause any kind of oddness, an
generally can only be reliably repaired by using a new working copy.

What I could imagine is also a user error. In particular that you either
updated to a different revision or that you switched you WC (or part
thereof!) to some tag. Another possible error could be uncommitted local
changes - it's all a bit hard to guess without more info.

You want to delete files from your WC, not from the repository, so use the OS
to delete them.
