Bug? Can not access svn://server:port-number

Hi,

The repository I want to access is on a non-standard port and I can
access it on Linux using svn client in the way such as 'svn co
svn://server:8081/prj'. But when use the same URL with Tortoise in
its check-out dialog, I always get an error: "can not connect to host
...". It seems that Tortoise don't recognize URLs with non-standard
port. Is it true?

Thanks.
