An error occurred in your reading of the mailing guidelines. You have
attached a 1 MByte .docx file which very few people can read, and my
guess is that it contains only an embedded image. If you must send an
image then use a compressed format like .PNG or .JPG which take only a
few kBytes and which anyone can read.
