Cannot commit more than 36 files

From: Steve Kuterescz <stevek_at_micromine.com>

I get errors whenever I try to commit more than 36 files (seems to be
the threshold).

I am using version TortoiseSVN-1.5.5.14361-win32-svn-1.5.4.msi

See attachments for typical error messages.

Thanks for any help you can give.
