Retrieving Valif UTF-8 data (hex:) followed by invalid UTF-8 sequence (hex: c0 a4 01) error

Help,

Since I added a project to my exsisting repository I now get the error
"Valif UTF-8 data (hex:) followed by invalid UTF-8 sequence (hex: c0
a4 01) error" on all my repositories when I try to do actions on my
repositories. Not only my repository that was updated is affected but
also repositories that were not touch no give this error when I try to
commit or even when I try to add an empty dir. I already removed the
project that created this problem from the repository, but with no
effect. Next I recreated the repository using svnadmin dump and
svnfilter to filter the malicious project from the repository, also
with no effect. I'm stuck, However the repositories seem to be intact,
I would like this error to disappear as tortoise now does not
recognize a commit to have succeeded and the local copy to be up to
date.

Is there any way to get rid of this notification ?????

regards eric
