Privacy of crash reports

From: Bart <bartjoy_at_gmail.com>

For those who are concerned about the security and privacy of their
code, it would pay to think twice before submitting a crash report
from TortoiseSVN. I did submit one, and found that that report was
publicly available and downloadable on the Internet for a time. I have
a screen shot of the offending page at markmail.org if any of the
TortoiseSVN developers want to confirm this.

Hopefully a developer will be able to let me know how access to these
reports is controlled and what data is collected.
