Bugreport: Branch/Tag on a file repository does not work

TortoiseSVN 1.5.4, Build 14259 - 32 Bit , 2008/10/11 08:23:13
Subversion 1.5.3, German Language Pack, Windows XP SP2

The file repository is located on a Windows 2003 file server.
I tried to create a branch of a specific revison.

Copy branch/tag window

copy branch_tag error window

I also tried to copy a "working copy". It also does not work.
The number of slashes/backslashes of the destination path differs
between the error window and the option window (file:///\ vs. file://)
