I still consider this behavior to be a bug.
Does anyone else care to comment?

I just noticed that if I wait for the checkbox for Show Unversioned Files to be enabled - then it seems to work fine.
Perhaps if there is a delay searching for unversioned files - then I believe that delay should only happen if you check the checkbox to show the unversioned files.
Since the dialog comes up much faster now with version 1.5.x than it used to in TortoiseSVN 1.4.x, then I am willing to wait a bit longer before it is shown if it is not fully initialized.

I believe the subject line says it all.
I am using TortoiseSVN 1.5.3 on Windows XP 64.
I bring up the commit dialog,
and all modified files are selected.
Since I only want to commit a few - I press the Select/Deselect all checkbox - and no files are deselected.
The Ok button is disabled.
Later - if I press it again - it seems to work.

Thanks,
Chuck

p.s. I searched the mailing list archives, the issue tracker, and the changelist on the trunk. I didn't see this issue reported in any of those places.
