You could also provide a better bug report by reporting:

* What OS this is on (there are about 10 versions of Windows that TSVN
runs on that I can think of, excluding various service packs &
including all the various flavors of Vista)
* What other software is installed (there are known issues with other
shell enhancements, like PowerDesk, which are actually not the fault
of Subversion)
* Where the WC is located (local to the WC or on a mapped drive?)
* Where in the commit process you actually get the fault.
