bug report

Hello,

First off, thanks for maintaining tortoise, it's a great program.

My problem is that if I run this command from the command line, tortoise
svn commit dialog opens and then crashes.

TortoiseProc.exe /command:commit

I was able to do automation using batch scripts previously, but now am
unable to do so. I have no problem doing a commit manually from the
GUI.
