Re: Checkout using TortoiseSVN failed

I looked at the link, sorry may be I do not understand

2 reasons are listed:
Case Issue & special charecter issue

If these were to be the case, then no other user should be able to
checkout, as other users are checking out on same windows Operating
System ( Windows Vista). I am only having issue with 1 user, other
users can checkout same directory just fine.
