Visual Studio loading unnecessary SVN dlls?

It been bugging me for a while that whenever I start debugging from VS
it seems to be wasting a lot of time loading many dll's in the
TortoiseSVN install directory. This is whenever I launch ANYTHING to
debug, things that are in version control but definitely don't need to
load the SVN dlls...

Could this be related to having the VisualSVN plugin installed? And
any ideas what I can do to stop then behavior?
