I think there should be a way to show log for properties only, and / or
do a blame on properties. But I don't think such a feature exists,
either in TSVN or in Subversion generally. For a directory with
thousands of revisions it's very difficult to trace at which revision a
property changed.

I'll keep an eye on this thread incase I'm missing something, but if
nothing comes up I'm going to suggest a blame properties feature over on
the svn users list.
