Crash in commit dialog

Hi,

I am using

TortoiseSVN 1.5.3, Build 13783 - 32 Bit , 2008/08/30 20:59:46

on windows 2000 and XP. I have the following problem on both operating systems.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make some changes to a working copy
2. Right click the parent folder and select 'Commit...'.
3. Type a reasonably sized log message (i.e. >100 words).

What I expected to happen:
* Text entry allowed as normal until I clicked OK.

What actually happened:
* The commit dialog crashed and closed mid-way through typing a word.

This problem happens approx 50% of the time when typing a message, and is the
same on more than one computer. I had done several hundred commits of the
same projects on the same machines with previous versions of TortoiseSVN, and
not had any problems. This problem only started with version 1.5.3

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Regards,

Dave

P.S. I tried to search the bug list, but I can't find any related issues on
it. In fact I can't find any open bugs at all on it. Is it working?
